Client Focus:Partnering with our "Eco-Conscience" Clients means we spend time getting to know you and your company. This provides us a comprehensive tool for developing custom strategies to attract and match qualified candidates for your team. - Search: Once we have a clear picture of your specific needs, we begin to match candidates to your requirements. Our focus begins with contacting the Passive Job Seeker through our network of industry leaders and associations to determine the exceptional performers who may meet our search requirements. Not to mention traditional recruiting avenues, of course. - Candidate Assessment: Once a candidate is identified, we proceed with an in-depth interview. We spend the time necessary to make sure the candidate has the skills and intangible (Green) qualities you need and is truly interested in your opening. - Reference Checking: All candidates provide us with three professional references allowing us to qualify work experience and receive performance related feedback for further client consideration. - Resume submittal: We submit candidate resumes along with a detailed assessment which outlines core qualities and experience specific to your needs. As required, we will provide a URL to the candidates Online Portfolio and/or Demo Reel. - Interview coordination: Once you select a candidate we assist you with scheduling the interview. This includes arranging in-person interviews, telephone interviewing or assisting with travel arrangements. - Extension of offer/negotiation: Once all final candidates have been interviewed and the top candidate has been identified, we are happy to extend an offer on your behalf. We participate as much as you like in the offer and negotiation process. For those candidates you decide not to pursue we communicate to them in a dignified and professional manner. - Ongoing Service: We continue to stay in touch to ensure all parties are satisfied with the placement and to continue to grow a long term mutually beneficial relationship for all.
