Specific: - Manage and drive recruiting objective, source applicants through traditional and non-traditional avenues. - Full-life cycle recruiting: source, interview applicants, qualify to hiring managers, reference and background checks, schedule interviews, travel arrangements, negotiate offers, close and on-boarding. - Partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to assess job requirements, description development and interview practices to ensure positive new hire results as well as EEO compliance. - Develop internal recruiting process and procedures specific to each division and company as a whole. - Develop niche marketing materials and innovative programs to "pull-in" mid-senior "hard to find" candidates. - Implement and utilize cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates. (Vendor Management as needed) - Represent partner-company through networking opportunities at Industry specific Trade Shows, College and Traditional Recruiting Fairs, SIG's, User Groups, Business and Community Groups. - Develop and roll-out employee recruiting bonus program as well as network with internal staff for potential new hire leads. - Pursue competitor’s to capitalize on persons seeking a better opportunity.
